This is my first submission in a LONG time. But I sketched her on a whim without any references and so I forgot some things (I got her hair all wrong!) I just remembered the thing about her second form with 6 dragon wings; I thought that was pretty cool (but I forgot, and thought it was 8, so there's too many). So I guess this is some kind of transformation scene where her wings begin to coalesce out of little magic glowing things. You know its magic because: magic = little glowy things.
